Souten Kouro 73 and 74

Ugh, nearly managed to make weekly releases. On the plus side, we have a new editor, so things should go reasonably faster from now on.

Souten Kouro 71 and 72

Yes, more Souten Kouro, and yet we're still not done with volume 6! Nevertheless, the next batch, containing chapters 73 and 74, will finish this volume.

You will witness the debut of a fictional femme fatale and the return of a character who debuted back when Cao Cao was a kid. Yes, the man who did not know there is only one moon, the bell-dropping giant returns! As a side-note, his debut was in a chapter I scanlated around 5 years and 7 months ago. Yes, I am deeply ashamed of my awful scheduling.

Aventurier ~Shinyaku Arsène Lupin~ chapter 5

Yes, even this project is still alive! In the meantime, some good soul uploaded scans of all published volumes (i.e. the 5 volumes of Aventurier ~Shinyaku Arsène Lupin~ and the current 4 volumes of Kaitou Lupin-den ~Aventurier~). At this point, all that's missing is the omake at the end of the two compilation volumes of the first manga. Since there's a lot of cultural tidbits in it (mostly Lupin giving an introduction to the Belle Epoque), I might translate it. Well, after I actually catch up with the manga proper.

Chapter 5 - The Escape of Arsène Lupin (part 2)

Look forward to the gripping conclusion of Lupin's grand escape from prison!

Also, as a side-note, Valenglay, the president of France in later books, makes a cameo in this chapter, even though this particular novel doesn't mention him at this point. This doesn't mean that I won't take his scene out of context and turn him into a poster-boy for procrastination. Sorry, Valenglay.

Two more chapters from volume 6, four left until we finish one sixth of this manga.

As you may have guessed, I'm looking for a typesetter/redrawer. The raws themselves are gorgeous, all that needs to be done is to replace the Japanese text with the translation, which sometimes involves redrawing backgrounds. Whoever's interested should leave a comment.
